The AERONAUT®-RIDES use simple and efficient mechanical technologies. Ride safety is the prime feature of AERONAUT®-RIDES. All hardware is backed up from beginning to the end. Besides double cables and brakes, the rides work with simple mechanical functions, easy in operation and maintenance. Ride seats have two locks and will not move, if one is unlocked. The rider is not exposed to any strong physical forces or other abrupt movements. The overall safety factor (redudancy) is 10, matched to elevator regulations. The AERONAUT®-RIDES meet DIN /ASTM Norms and are safety inspected.

Our engineering team has fundamental experiences in ride attractions, tower construction, mechanical design and logistics. Skills include up to date CAD construction, mechatronics and stress analysis. Our ride design aims at a maximum of ride feeling, safety and installation efficiency. Instead of highly complicated drives and motor systems, susceptible to failure, we rather use more robust easily replaceable switches and components and a unique error indication system. In example this means all elements of an electric systems are combined with an LED panel, which has one LED for every component. In the event of a failure, the LED is forced to light up and indentifies the faulty part. A sufficent number of spare parts for all electric parts avoids lenghty and costly operation interuptions.

Besides our extensive internal quality controls, AERONAUT® products are sold only after they have passed inspection by Germanys No. 1 safety institution TÜV. The inspections focus on the entire system and it´s components and last up to several years. The tests involve inspection of g-forces, breaking loads, effects of constant operation, practical obstructions, static calculations, risk elimination analysis and emergency procedures.
